What is SyntheAizer?
SyntheAizer is a tool for predicting organic reactions, being efficient at processing reactions with different types of reagents, providing accurate and accessible results for users with or without familiarity with molecular coding systems. With an intuitive interface and a constantly expanding database, the application significantly contributes to the field of chemoinformatics, facilitating the prediction and analysis of complex organic reactions.
How SyntheAizer works?
This system consists of a web platform developed for the prediction of chemical reactions in organic compounds, focusing on predicting reaction products using an algorithm based on SMARTS and SMILES codes, and searching for reaction pathways in a database of registered reactions, taking into account the chemical structure provided by the user.
SyntheAizer allows the user to select the molecule of interest and check all available reaction pathways in the database. If the reaction is found, the system displays the possible reactions in an interactive list, where the user can view the predicted products and the complete reaction pathway. If no reactions are available in the database for the provided reagent, a notification is displayed.
For reagent input, the system offers the options: inserting the SMILES or InChI code, widely used notations for representing molecules in chemoinformatics, or using a molecular drawing panel that allows the user to construct the molecular structure visually and intuitively. This panel is designed to facilitate interaction with the system, especially for users unfamiliar with chemical codings
